    3. Project Engagements

    3a. Proposals and Agreements

    All technology service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work, Service Agreement, or Master Services Agreement) signed by both parties. Submitting a quote request form does not constitute a binding agreement.

    3b. Payment Terms

    Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Typical arrangements require an advance payment before project commencement. Dgonix reserves the right to suspend work if payments are delayed beyond agreed timelines.

    3c. Intellectual Property

    Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom-developed deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Dgonix retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and proprietary tools used in delivery. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.
